Month 1: The Weekly Rotation: Creating a Sustainable Journey 

This month, start off by observing your routines, no matter how small. Using those habits, we will create a sufficient but bare-minimum routine for each part of the day which we will then build upon throughout our journey.  

Week 1: Nightly Routine

Week 2: Morning Routine

Week 3: Afternoon Routine

Week 4: Evening Routine
